The Department of Business Management at Tzu Chi University is located in the beautiful Hualien County, which is rich in natural resources and boasts magnificent mountain landscapes. The concept of the department's logo uses green as the primary color, symbolizing our commitment and spirit towards fostering students who will contribute to the development of green, sustainable industries. The green mountain-shaped pattern not only represents the natural environment of Hualien but also conveys the unity and perseverance that students in the Department of Business Management need to embody.

Our department is dedicated to nurturing professional talent with the DNA of innovation, freshness, and creativity, and we aim to cultivate individuals with strong business management characteristics. These qualities include:

  • 2000 - We established the department of Accounting.
  • 2004 - We changed the department name to Accounting Information.
  • 2013 - We changed the department name to Marketing and Distribution Management.
  • 2022 - We changed the department name to Business Management.
